Pastoral Care is viewed as an integral part of school life in St. Joseph's Secondary School. It aims to support the student at every level and to foster positive relationships within our school community. Personnel e.g. Career Guidance Counsellor, Chaplain, Class Teachers, Class Caomhnóirí, Year Head, Year Group Advisor, Learning Support Teacher, Special Educational Needs' Teachers, Deputy Principal and Principal are available to support students. In accordance with our school's characteristic spirit and mission statement our pastoral care structure fosters positive personal development in order to prepare our students to take their place as responsible, caring and participative adults in the wider community. |
